TRENTON \u2013 US silk brand LilySilk has partnered with textile recycling firm TerraCycle for a new consumer-facing service that will tackle post-consumer waste.<\/p>\n

The LilySilk Recycling Programme sets out to give customers a free and convenient way to dispose of unwanted, unsalvageable apparel and bedding, which TerraCycle will downcycle into filling material for cushions and pillows.<\/p>\n

\u201cParticipating in the recycling programme is a natural and meaningful way for people to say goodbye to their LilySilk products when the time comes. As part of our commitment to make the world greener, we are delighted to partner up with TerraCycle to be more proactive regarding environmental sustainability,\u201d commented LilySilk\u2019s CEO, David Wang.<\/p>\n
